PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind controller, blind control method, computer program, and blind control system, capable of more accurately controlling opening/closing of a blind.SOLUTION: A blind controller of an embodiment includes an individual control section and a control instruction section. The individual control section controls blind devices provided at a building by the first unit number. The control instruction section, on the basis of shadow information showing a radiation situation of direct sunlight on the building, instructs either the individual control section or a group controller for controlling blind devices by the second unit number larger than the first unit number to control the blind devices. The control instruction section instructs either the individual control section or the group controller to control the blind devices, so that operation of the blind devices starts at second timing going back by a required time necessary for the operation of the blind devices from a first timing at which a variation in the radiation situation is predicted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
