PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lay a functional panel in an inclined shape, by asymmetrically or symmetrically fixing mutual end parts of a pair of frame members of the functional panel adjacent via a fixing bolt, a fixture and a spacer to a stand.SOLUTION: In a solar energy utilization system of laying a plurality of functional panels 2 for converting solar energy into separate energy on this stand by providing the stand in a flat part having no gradient, the solar energy utilization system is provided so that the functional panels 2 comprise a panel part 4 and a frame member 5 for enclosing its periphery, and fix mutual end parts 5a and 5b of a pair of frame members 5 of the functional panels 2 adjacent via a fixing bolt 7 and a fixture 8 to the stand, and comprises a spacer 9 sandwiched between the stand and one end part 5a of the pair of frame members 5, and both end parts 5a and 5b of the fixture 8, the spacer 9 and the pair of frame members 5 are co-fastened/fixed to the stand by the fixing bolt 7, and the functional panel 2 is laid in an inclined shape for drain water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
