CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CONCRETE MEMBER FILLED WITH GROUT, AND METHOD TO FILL GROUT INTO CONCRETE MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to fill grout into a concrete member that enables the grout to be filled readily and precisely into all holes.SOLUTION: A method to fill grout is for filling the grout into a lower columnar member 1 provided with a plurality of holes 5a opening on a top surface 1a that is a connecting surface with an upper columnar member 2 and having a grout injection port 5b, and with a grout injection passageway 7 reaching the plurality of grout injection ports 5b from a left side surface 1e that is an outer surface different from the connecting surface and via a plurality of branching parts. The method includes a step (A) for preparing a nozzle tube 12 having a nozzle 12a that discharges the supplied grout, a step (B) for inserting the nozzle tube 12 into the grout injection passageway 7 from the left side surface 1e, and a step (C) for discharging the grout into the grout injection passageway 7 from the nozzle 12a while the nozzle 12a is positioned at a location corresponding to each of the branching parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】全ての孔に容易かつ的確にグラウトを充填することができる、コンクリート部材に対するグラウト充填方法を提供する。【解決手段】上側柱部材２との結合面である上面１ａに開口し、かつグラウト注入口５ｂを有する孔５ａが複数設けられるとともに、結合面と異なる外面である左側面１ｅから複数の分岐部を介して複数のグラウト注入口５ｂに至るグラウト注入通路７が設けられた下側柱部材１に対するグラウト充填方法であって、供給されたグラウトを吐出するノズル１２ａを有するノズル管１２を用意するステップ（Ａ）と、ノズル管１２をグラウト注入通路７に左側面１ｅから挿入するステップ（Ｂ）と、ノズル１２ａを各分岐部に対応する位置に配置した状態でノズル１２ａからグラウト注入通路７にグラウトを吐出するステップ（Ｃ）とを含む構成とする。【選択図】図５
