FILLING EVALUATION METHOD OF GROUT MATERIAL AND FILLING EVALUATION MEMBER OF GROUT MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling evaluation method of grout material capable of evaluating the filling state of a grout material in a sheath tube by a simple method.SOLUTION: A part of a small piece 3 having elasticity and having a color portion 3B visible to the outside through a sheath tube 2 when the whole is attached to an inner wall surface 2A is attached to the inner wall surface 2A of the sheath tube 2 and a grout material G is filled inside the sheath tube 2. When the small piece 3 is immersed in the grout material G, the small piece 3 is brought into close contact with the inner wall surface 2A and the color portion 3B can be visually recognized from the outside through the sheath tube 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】簡易な方法でグラウト材のシース管への充填状態を評価できるグラウト材の充填評価方法を提供する。【解決手段】弾性を有し全体が内壁面2Aに付着した際にシース管2を通して外部に視認できる色彩部3Bを有する小片3の一部をシース管2の内壁面2Aに取り付け、シース管2の内部にグラウト材Gを充填する。グラウト材Gに小片3が浸されると、小片3が内壁面2Aに密着して色彩部3Bがシース管2を透して外部から視認するができる。【選択図】図5
