PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing method of a storage part capable of inexpensively performing the closing of the storage part and effectively preventing the storage part after closing from the immersion of rainwater in a final disposal site of wastes.SOLUTION: In a closing method of a storage part in a final disposal site of wastes with the storage part forming a recess so as to form a storage space storing the wastes and having an opening communicating with the storage space, at least a part of the opening is covered with a compression layer compressed with loam soil collected from a loam layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
