PILE DRIVING BORING JIG AND PILE DRIVING BORING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency, by eliminating a return to a hand, by securing pile driving accuracy, without requiring a large hammer and a hooker, in boring for driving a pile such as a measurement pile.SOLUTION: A pile driving boring jig is composed of a boring member 1 having an iron pin-like part 1b by being integrated into one end of a pipe body 1a and a driving-in member 2 insertable into the pipe body 1a of a pile 1 having the iron pin-like part 1b on one end of the pipe body 1a and having a bar body 2a for driving the iron pin-like part 1b. Actually, the pipe body 1a is a gas pipe, and the iron pin-like part 1b is an object of welding a member 2b of cutting the tip of a metal leverage 2 to one end of the pipe body 1a. The bar body 2a also comprises a spatula part 2c on the other end by cutting the tip of the metal leverage. The boring member 1 is erected on the ground with the iron pin-like part 1b set below, and the bar body 2a of the driving-in member 2 is inserted into its pipe body 1a, and the boring member 1 is driven in the ground by driving the iron pin-like part 1b by its bar body 2a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】測量杭等の杭を打ち込むための穴あけにおいて、大ハンマーやかけやが不要で、杭打ち込み精度を確保して、手戻りを無くし、作業効率を向上する。【解決手段】管体1aの一端に一体化して鉄ピン状部1bを備える穴あけ部材1と、鉄ピン状部1bを管体1aの一端に備える杭1の管体1a内に挿入可能で、鉄ピン状部1bを叩くための棒体2aを備える叩き込み部材2と、からなる杭打ち込み用穴あけ治具。具体的には、管体1aはガス管で、鉄ピン状部1bは、金テコ2の先端を切断した部材2bが管体1aの一端に溶接されたものである。また、棒体2aは、金テコの先端が切断されて他端にヘラ部2cを備えるものである。そして、地盤に鉄ピン状部1bを下にして穴あけ部材1を立て、その管体1a内に叩き込み部材2の棒体2aを挿入して、その棒体2aで鉄ピン状部1bを叩くことにより地盤に穴あけ部材1を打ち込む。【選択図】図1
