RAIL CROSS-SECTIONAL SHAPE MEASUREMENT DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a rail cross-sectional shape measurement device capable of inexpensively and highly accurately measuring a rail cross-sectional shape while traveling.SOLUTION: In a rail cross-sectional shape measurement device having a carriage (11) having one or two or more of wheels movable along a rail of a measurement object on an undersurface, one noncontact system measuring apparatus (60) for measuring a shape of a predetermined place of the rail and data acquisition means (17) for acquiring a measured value at a predetermined interval along the longitudinal direction of the rail of the measurement object by controlling the measuring apparatus, the carriage is provided with a hand-push rod for supporting the device with hands by an operator and installation means (15) for installing the measuring apparatus, and the measuring apparatus is installed in a higher position than a head part of the rail of the measurement object by the installation means, in an attitude for looking down the head part of the rail of the measurement object from obliquely upward on the rail inside, and a head top face of the rail of at least the measurement object and two places of not causing abrasion by a wheel of a train on the rail inside, are measurably set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】安価で精度の高いレール断面形状の測定を走行しながら行うことが可能なレール断面形状測定装置を実現する。【解決手段】下面に測定対象のレールに沿って移動可能な1または2以上の車輪を備えた台車(11)と、レールの所定箇所の形状を測定するための1個の非接触方式の測定器(60)と、前記測定器を制御して測定対象のレールの長手方向に沿って所定間隔で測定値を取得するデータ取得手段(17)と、を備えたレール断面形状測定装置において、前記台車には、作業者が装置を手で支えるための手押し棒と、前記測定器を取り付けるための取付け手段(15)とを設け、測定器は、取付け手段によって測定対象のレールの頭部より高い位置に、測定対象のレールの頭部を、レール内側の斜め上方から見下ろすような姿勢で取り付け、少なくとも測定対象のレールの頭頂面およびレール内側の列車の車輪による摩耗が生じない2箇所を測定可能に設定した。【選択図】図1
