FIXTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND FIXTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture construction method, which can easily construct a member to hold a glass panel, and a fixture.SOLUTION: A fixture construction method comprises: a frame body installation process to install a frame body, which is formed of a composite member of a metal member and a resin member, has a door head, a sill 20 and door jambs at an opening of an architectural structure and is formed into four-side frame; a glass panel installation process to insert an end of the glass panel 2 into a glass holding groove 40 formed into the frame body and fit the glass panel 2 in the frame body; a batten arrangement process to arrange a metal batten, which holds indoor side of the glass panel 2, and a batten 5, which has resin batten bodies 50B, 50C connected with indoor side of the metal batten in an extendable manner and extends in vertical direction, along the door jamb; a metal batten fixing process to fix the metal batten to a metal member of the door jamb; and a resin batten body fixing process to extend the resin batten bodies 50B, 50C in vertical direction and fix them to the resin member of the frame body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】ガラスパネルを保持する部材を簡易に施工することができる建具の施工方法及び建具を提供する。【解決手段】建具の施工方法は、金属部材及び樹脂部材の複合部材で構成されて、建築物の開口部に上枠、下枠20及び縦枠を有し四方枠状に形成された枠体を設置する枠体設置工程と、枠体に形成されたガラス保持溝40にガラスパネル2の端部を挿入して、枠体内にガラスパネル2を納めるガラスパネル設置工程と、ガラスパネル2の屋内側を保持する金属押縁、及び金属押縁の屋内側に連結され伸長可能に構成された樹脂押縁体50B,50Cを有し上下方向に延びる押縁5を、縦枠に沿って配置する押縁配置工程と、金属押縁を縦枠の金属部材に固定する金属押縁固定工程と、樹脂押縁体50B,50Cを上下方向に伸長させて枠体の樹脂部材に固定する樹脂押縁体固定工程と、を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図13
