PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal shaft rotary window capable of restraining an opening angle of a sash from becoming small in a closing regulation state of the sash.SOLUTION: A horizontal shaft rotary window 1 comprises a window frame 3, a sash 2, a horizontal lateral shaft and a movable body 51. The movable body 51 comprises a pressing roller 515 and a journaling body 516 for rotatably journaling the pressing roller 515. The movable body 51 is constituted so that the pressing roller 515 can be arranged in an opening-closing position for putting the sash 2 in an openable-closable state and a regulation position for putting in a closing regulation state of regulating the closing movement of the sash 2. The sash 2 comprises a closing regulation piece 20 for abutting on the pressing roller 515 so that the closing movement of the sash 2 can be regulated in a state of arranging the pressing roller 515 in the regulation position, and has a dimension of an interval dimension or less up to an abutting surface 206 to the pressing roller 515 of the closing regulation piece 20 from the axis 515A of the pressing roller 515 in the closing regulation state, and comprises a regulation part 8 for regulating the closing movement of the sash 2 at a predetermined opening angle of the sash 2 in a softened state of the pressing roller 515.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】障子の閉鎖規制状態で障子の開放角度が小さくなることを抑制できる横軸回転窓を提供すること。【解決手段】横軸回転窓１は、窓枠３と、障子２と、水平な横軸と、移動体５１とを備える。移動体５１は、押圧ローラ５１５と、押圧ローラ５１５を回転可能に軸支する軸支体５１６とを備える。移動体５１は、障子２を開閉可能状態とする開閉位置と、障子２の閉鎖移動を規制する閉鎖規制状態とする規制位置とに押圧ローラ５１５を配置可能に構成される。障子２は、押圧ローラ５１５が規制位置に配置された状態で障子２の閉鎖移動を規制可能に当該押圧ローラ５１５に当接する閉鎖規制片２０を有する。閉鎖規制状態における押圧ローラ５１５の軸心５１５Ａから閉鎖規制片２０の押圧ローラ５１５に対する当接面２０６までの間隔寸法以下の寸法を有し、押圧ローラ５１５の軟化状態で障子２の所定開放角度で障子２の閉鎖移動を規制する規制部８を有する。【選択図】図６
