PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile panel having mechanical rigidity, durability, pasting performance to a substrate surface or the like, and in addition to these, surface glossiness.SOLUTION: In a tile panel having a substrate layer and a decoration layer which is formed on a surface of the substrate layer, the decoration layer is composed of a cured material which is obtained by adding water to a water-curable powdery composition containing a magnesia-system coupling material and needle-like meat-calcium silicate, and curing the composition. Since the tile panel has surface glossiness, and is excellent in mechanical rigidity, the tile panel can be suitably used as a tile panel for an outer wall and a floor face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】機械的強度、耐久性、下地面への貼付性等に加え、表面光沢性を有するタイルパネルを提供する。【解決手段】下地層と下地層の表面に設けられた化粧層とを有するタイルパネルであって、前記化粧層が、マグネシア系結合材と、針状メタケイ酸カルシウムとを含有する水硬化型粉状組成物に加水し硬化させた硬化物からなる化粧層であることを特徴とするタイルパネル。当該タイルパネルは、表面光沢性を有し、かつ、機械的強度に優れるため、外壁用や床面用のタイルパネルとして好適に使用できる。【選択図】図１
