PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel which can improve reduction in weight and designability, has high productivity, and has good hardness and strength on the surface, surface smoothness and dimensional stability even when a decorative layer is thin, and to provide a panel manufacturing method which can efficiently manufacture the decorative panel.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative panel 1 which includes a core layer 2 having a honeycomb core 21, and a decorative layer 3 formed from a decorative sheet arranged on both surface sides of the core layer 2, where the core layer and the decorative layer are bonded to each other by a resin-impregnated fiber sheet layer 4 that is interposed between both of the layers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
