FIXATION STRUCTURE AND FIXATION METHOD FOR VACUUM HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation structure that provides high heat insulation even at the position of a substrate material in fixing a vacuum heat insulation material to the substrate material and also prevents the heat insulation and moisture-proofing from becoming worse owing to formation of a gap which may be caused by the fixation.SOLUTION: A vacuum heat insulation material 40 has a core material 41 and a storage body 42 having the core material stored in a sealed space in a pressure-reduced state. The storage body has: a heat insulation member 60 which has, at a peripheral edge part, a finned part 40h where the core material is not stored, and is interposed between a base material and the finned part; a tape member 65 which is adapted to close a gap S between the base material and heat insulation member and a gap between the heat insulation member and the finned part; a plate member which is arranged overlapping with a vacuum heat insulation material while located at a position farther away from the base material than the vacuum heat insulation material; and a fixation member 90 which is adapted to fix the heat insulation member, finned part and plate member to the base material. The fixation member penetrates the plate member, finned part and heat insulation member, and a penetration-directional tip part of the fixation member reaches the base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】下地材に真空断熱材を固定する際に、下地材の位置でも高い断熱性を奏するようにしつつ、固定に伴って生じ得る隙間起因の断熱性の低下及び防湿性の低下も防ぐ固定構造を提供する。【解決手段】真空断熱材40は、芯材41と、芯材を減圧状態の密封空間内に収容する収容体42と、を有し、収容体は、周縁部に、芯材を収容しないヒレ状部分40hを有し、下地材とヒレ状部分との間に介挿された断熱部材60と、下地材と断熱部材との間の隙間S、及び断熱部材とヒレ状部分との間の隙間を塞ぐためのテープ部材65と、真空断熱材よりも下地材から遠い位置に位置しつつ、真空断熱材と重なって配置された板部材と、断熱部材とヒレ状部分と板部材とを、下地材に固定するための固定部材90と、を有し、固定部材は、板部材とヒレ状部分と断熱部材とを貫通しているとともに、固定部材の貫通方向の先端部は、下地材に到達している。【選択図】図6
