FIXATION MATERIAL INJECTION TOOL AND FIXATION MATERIAL INJECTION METHOD
To fill a cement type fixation material at the depth side in a drilling hole of a structure evenly and with solidity and fix a steel bar by the cement type fixation material filled with solidity, with high intensity and reliably.SOLUTION: A fixation material injection tool 1 is used to inject a cement type fixation material FA generated by agitating mixture of a water hardening cement type material and water inside a cartridge, into a drilling hole of a structure, and it comprises a cartridge 2 with an injection cap 4 removably fixed at one end 31 of a cylindrical body 3, an injection hose 5 with a base end side attached to the injection cap 4, a push-in ring 6 with an outer diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the drilling hole and engaged externally and fixed near the tip of the injection hose 5, and a disc-like extrusion member 7 contacting and sliding the inside of the cylindrical body 3 in an axial direction by pressing force by an injection gun 10 and pushing the cement type fixation material FA of the cartridge 2 out of the injection hose 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】構造物の穿孔内の奥側にセメント系定着材をムラなく密実充填し、密実充填したセメント系定着材によって鉄筋を高強度で確実に定着することを可能にする。【解決手段】水硬化性のセメント系材料と水の混合物をカートリッジの内部で撹拌して生成されるセメント系定着材FAを構造物の穿孔に注入するために用いられる定着材注入器具1であり、筒体3の一方の端部31に注入キャップ4が着脱自在に固定されるカートリッジ2と、注入キャップ4に基端側が取り付けられる注入ホース5と、外径が穿孔の直径よりも僅かに小径で形成され、注入ホース5の先端付近に外嵌合して固定される押し込みリング6と、注入ガン10による押圧で筒体3の内部を軸方向に接触摺動し、カートリッジ2のセメント系定着材FAを注入ホース5から押し出す円盤状押出部材7を備える。【選択図】図5
