PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerator that performs aeration between the inside and the outside and is capable of securely intercepting the aeration at the time of a fire, and an aeration door using the aerator.SOLUTION: An aerator A for performing aeration between the inside and the outside includes: a frame body that is composed of a pair of longitudinal members 10a and a pair of cross members 10b connecting the pair of longitudinal members and has an aeration space 10 passing through in the frame body's thickness direction; a louver 11 composed of a plurality of louver members 11a, 11b arranged on the external side of the aeration space; a net member 12 arranged on the inner side of the louver 11; and an opening/closing member 14 that is arranges on the inner side of the frame body and opens/closes the aeration space. A door B includes: a door body 1 on which an aperture passing trough in the door's thickness direction is formed; and the aerator A fitted into the aperture formed on the door body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
