EXCAVATOR AND DIAMETER EXPANSION METHOD OF PIPE HOLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavator and a diameter expansion method of a pile hole of using the excavator, capable of forming a diameter expansion part being high in finished shape accuracy in the pile hole, even when constructing the pile hole in the large depth, for constructing a cast-in-place concrete-made knotted pile having the huge pile length.SOLUTION: An excavator for forming a diameter expansion part on a hole wall of a pile hole drilled in the ground for constructing a cast-in-place concrete-made knotted pile, comprises a kelly bar erected in a vertical shape in the pile hole and rotating around the axis, a diameter expansion part excavator fixed to the kelly bar and having a diameter expansion blade for freely protruding-retreating toward the hole wall and a stabilizer rotatably installed around the axis to a lower end part of the diameter expansion part excavator, allowing an outer peripheral surface to abut on the hole wall and composed of a cylindrical member of forming an earth removal hole by penetrating the inside in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】長大な杭長を有する場所打ちコンクリート造の節付き杭を構築するべく、杭孔が大深度に構築された場合にも、杭孔に出来形精度の高い拡径部を形成することの可能な、掘削装置および掘削装置を用いた杭孔の拡径方法を提供する。【解決手段】場所打ちコンクリート造の節付き杭を構築するべく地中に削孔した杭孔の孔壁に、拡径部を形成するための掘削装置であって、杭孔内に鉛直状に立設され、軸心を中心に回転するケリーバーと、ケリーバーに固定され、孔壁に向けて出没自在な拡径刃を備える拡径部掘削装置と、拡径部掘削装置の下端部に対して軸心を中心に回転自在に設置され、外周面が前記孔壁に当接し、内方が鉛直方向に貫通して排土孔をなす筒状部材よりなるスタビライザーと、を備える。【選択図】図1
