ANCHOR HOLE DIAMETER EXPANSION DEVICE, ANCHOR HOLE DIAMETER EXPANSION METHOD EMPLOYING THE DEVICE, AND EXPANSION ANCHOR FIXING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor hole diameter expansion device capable of expanding a diameter of an anchor hole at any arbitrary position in a direction of extension, an anchor hole diameter expansion method employing the device, and an expansion anchor fixing structure.SOLUTION: The anchor hole diameter expansion device includes a main body formed from a rod material, and an expansion piece of a predetermined length to be used as a cutting blade for a base material to be punched. A recess extending in a length direction of the main body is formed in the vicinity of a distal end of the main body. A length direction of the expansion piece is disposed in the length direction of the main body, a proximal end side terminal portion disposed at an opposite side of the distal end of the main body is mounted in the main body and while defining the proximal end side terminal portion as a supporting point, the proximal end side terminal portion and a distal end side terminal portion at an opposite side are movable close to and separate from the main body. The distal end side terminal portion is accommodated in the recess in contact with the main body, and the distal end side terminal portion is energized by an elastic member away from the main body.
【課題】アンカー孔を延伸方向の任意の位置で拡径できる、アンカー孔拡径装置及びその装置を利用したアンカー孔拡径方法と拡張式アンカー固定構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るアンカー孔拡径装置は、棒材で形成された本体と、被穿孔母材に対する切削刃をなす所定の長さの拡開片を有する。そして、前記本体の先端近傍に前記本体の長さ方向に伸びる凹部が形成される。また、前記拡開片は、その長さ方向が前記本体の長さ方向に沿って配置され、前記本体の先端と反対側に配置される基端側端部が前記本体に対取付けられ、前記基端側端部を支点として前記基端側端部と反対側の先端側端部が前記本体に対し接離する方向に移動可能とされ、前記先端側端部が前記本体に接した状態で前記凹部に収容され、前記先端側端部は弾性部材により前記本体から離れる方向に付勢されている。【選択図】 図2
