PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof member allowing a person to easily dispose a thermal expansion body between a compartment and a resin pipe body.SOLUTION: A fireproof member 10 for use in a structure part formed by inserting a resin pipe body into an opening part formed by penetrating through a compartment and suppressing fire spread through the structure part in a fire, includes: a thermal expansion part 13 that is composed of a thermal expansion body 12 and a holding body 11 for holding the thermal expansion body 12, and is deformable into a shape along an inner peripheral shape of the opening part or an outer peripheral shape of the rein pipe body; and a shape retaining part 14 that is composed of a plastically-deformable metal material and, when the thermal expansion part 13 is deformed, retains the shape of the thermal expansion part 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】区画部と樹脂製管体との間に熱膨張体を容易に配置することのできる耐火部材を提供する。【解決手段】区画部を貫通して形成される開口部に樹脂製管体が挿通されてなる構造部に用いられ、火災時において構造部を通じた延焼を抑制する耐火部材10は、熱膨張体12と熱膨張体12を保持する保持体11とからなり、開口部の内周形状又は樹脂製管体の外周形状に沿った形状に変形可能な熱膨張部13と、塑性変形可能な金属材料からなり、熱膨張部13を変形させた際に熱膨張部13の形状を維持する形状維持部14とを備えている。【選択図】図1
