FIXING DEVICE FOR BASE-ISOLATED BUILDING, FIXING METHOD FOR BASE-ISOLATED BUILDING, AND POSITION ADJUSTING METHOD FOR BASE-ISOLATED BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device for a base-insulated building that is easily made compact and easy to handle.SOLUTION: A fixing device 1 for a base-insulated building comprises an upper insertion plate 11 and a lower insertion plate 12 inserted for use into a gap formed of a base insulation device 103 provided between a foundation part 101 and a building-on-foundation part 102. The upper insertion plate 11 has a raised part 11b on one end side of a main body plate part 11 having a plate thickness thinner than the gap and a drooped part 11c on the other end side, respectively, and while the raised part 11b is located above a lower end of the building-on-foundation part 102 with the main body plate part 11a floated over the foundation part 101, the drooped part 11c has a drooping length long enough to face a side face of the foundation part 101 even with the main body plate part 11a floated over the foundation part 101. The lower insertion plate 12 is inserted under the upper insertion plate 11 to float the upper insertion plate 11 in the floated state as mentioned above.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】小型化が可能で取り扱いが容易な免震建物の固定装置を提供する。【解決手段】免震建物の固定装置1は、基礎部101と基礎上建物部102との間に設けられた免震装置103により形成される隙間に挿入されて使用される上側挿入板11と下側挿入板12とを備える。上記上側挿入板11は、上記隙間よりも薄い板厚を有する本体板部11aの一端側に立ち上げ部11bを、他端側に垂下部11cをそれぞれ有し、上記立ち上げ部11bは、上記本体板部11aを上記基礎部101から浮かせた状態で上記基礎上建物部102の下端よりも上側に位置する一方、上記垂下部11cは、上記本体板部11aを上記基礎部101から浮かせた状態でも上記基礎部101の側面に対向できる垂下長さを有している。上記下側挿入12板は、上記上側挿入板11の下に差し込まれて当該上側挿入板11に上記浮かせた状態を生じさせる。【選択図】図1
