JOINING STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE AND JOINING METHOD OF STEEL PIPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of a steel pipe which can construct a joining-type column using short-length steel pipes even if drive stop positions of steel pipe piles are different from one another.SOLUTION: In a joining structure of a steel pipe for joining a steel pipe column 3A to a steel pipe plie 2 which is driven into the ground, the steel pipe column 3A comprises a diameter-contracted part 9 which is formed at an upper part, and contracted in a diameter toward an upper end, and a stopper 11 which protrudes to the outside of the steel pipe column 3A in a radial direction, and regulates the displacement of the steel pipe column to an axial direction. The steel pipe pile 2 has an internal peripheral diameter larger than an external peripheral diameter of the steel pipe column 3A at least at an upper part, the steel pipe column 3A is inserted into the steel pipe pile 2, the stopper 11 abuts on an upper end face of the steel pipe pile 2, and mortar 8 is filled into a clearance between the steel pipe column 3A and the steel pipe pile 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
