FOLDED-PLATE ROOF REPAIR METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folded-plate roof repair metal fitting capable of constructing a folded-plate roof having high durability and a low finished height to negative pressure by blow-up of wind.SOLUTION: A folded-plate roof repair metal fitting 3 fixed by an upper surface of an existing folded-plate roof, comprises a lower member 3a arranged in a fitting crest part by straddling the fitting crest part of the existing folding-plate roof and fixed-held by a tight frame via the existing folded-plate roof and an upper member 3b joined to the lower member 3a in an overlapped state, the lower member 3a is composed of a pair of leg parts 3a1 and 3a2 capable of abutting on an inclined sidewall of the fitting crest part of the existing folded-plate roof and forming its abutting part as a fixing part to the tight frame, vertical side plates 3a3 and 3a4 of rising on the respective upper ends, and a base 3a5 connected over between its mutual ones, and the upper member 3b is composed of an upper member body 3b1 joined to the base 3a3 of the lower member 3a in an overlapped state and a pair of locking pieces 3b2 and 3b3 for unextractably mooring a new folded-plate roof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】風の吹き上げによる負圧に対する耐久性が高く、仕上げ高さの低い折板屋根の構築を可能とする折板屋根改修用金具。【解決手段】既設折板屋根の上面で固定する折板屋根改修用金具3において、前記既設折板屋根の嵌合山部を跨いで該嵌合山部に配置され前記既設折板屋根を介して前記タイトフレームに固定保持される下部材3aと、該下部材3aに重ね合わせ状態で接合する上部材3bとを備え、該下部材3aは、該既設折板屋根の嵌合山部の傾斜側壁に当接可能で、かつ、その当接部位を該タイトフレームに対する固定部とする一対の脚部3a1、3a2と、それぞれの上端において立ち上がる垂直側板3a3、3a4と、その相互間にわたってつながるベース3a5とからなり、該上部材3bは、該下部材3aのベース3a3に重ね合わせ状態で接合する上部材本体3b1と、該新設折板屋根を引き抜け不能に係留する一対の係止片3b2、3b3とから構成する。【選択図】図3
