METAL FITTING FOR FIXING FOLDED PLATE ROOF MATERIAL
To provide a metal fitting for fixing having a high fixing strength of a hanging fixture and capable of supporting a folded plate roof material stably.SOLUTION: The metal fitting for fixing of a folded plate roof material consists of a locking piece installed at a tight frame, and a hanging fixture held in a standing orientation on a top part outer surface wall of the tight frame and interlocked with a winding fastening part formed at an upper seam and a lower seam of the folded plate roof material to fix and hold the folded plate roof material. The hanging fixture has a stationary piece coupling integrally with a lower end of the hanging fixture and coupled with the tight frame via a fastening bolt, and a tongue piece coupled integrally with the lower end of the hanging fixture at an opposite position of the stationary piece and capable of being abutted against the top part outer surface wall of the base. The locking piece has a gap for supporting the tongue piece by inserting the tongue piece between to the top part outer wall surface of the tight frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 21
【課題】吊子の固定強度が高く折板屋根材を安定的に支持可能な固定用金具を提案する。【解決手段】折板屋根材の固定用金具を、タイトフレームに設置される係止片と、該タイトフレームの頂部外面壁に起立姿勢で保持され、該折板屋根材の上ハゼ、下ハゼにおいて形成された巻き締め部分に連係させて該折板屋根材を固定保持する吊子とを備えたもので構成する。吊子は、該吊子の下端に一体連結し該タイトフレームに締結ボルトを介して連結される固定片と、該固定片の対向位置で該吊子の下端に一体連結して該ベースの頂部外面壁に当接可能な舌片とを有するものとし、係止片は、該タイトフレームの頂部外面壁との相互間に該舌片を差し込むことにより該舌片を支持する隙間を有するものとする。【選択図】図２１
