SUPPORT METAL FITTINGS FOR SOLAR BATTERY PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide support metal fittings for solar battery panel that can be easily and simply fixed onto a roof.SOLUTION: Metal fittings for solar battery panel consists of a pair of recessed groove type upper and lower constitution bodies 6, 7 such that support plates 4, 5 arranged opposite left and right side edges of a pair of substrates 2, 3 facing inward each other vertically in parallel can be brought into slide contact inside and outside. At least one of the support plates 4, 5 has elasticity in its right-left direction, the lower constitution body 7 has its substrate 3 provided with a hole 8 for rivet fixation onto a roof R, and a support shaft 9 provided in front of the support plate 5 of the lower constitution body 7 is inserted slidably into a long hole 10 provided vertically in front of the support plate 4 of the upper constitution body 6. The upper constitution body 6 is set to be elevated and lowered between a horizontal state and an upright state only when the support shaft 9 is positioned at a lower end 10b of the long hole 10, the upper constitution body 6 enables the substrate 2 in a horizontal state to move vertically in parallel along the long hole 10 relative to the substrate 3, and inside and outside faces 4a, 5b of the support plates 4, 5 are provided with hook-like projections 14, 15 mutually locked at a lower-limit position of the substrate 2 where the support shaft 9 is positioned at an upper end 10a of the long hole 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】簡単容易に屋根上に固定できる太陽電池パネルの支持金具を提供する。【解決手段】上下方向で平行に内向可能な一対の基板2、3の左右側縁に対向配置した支持板4、5を内外側で摺接可能と成した一対の凹溝状の上側及び下側構成体6、7から成り、少なくとも一方の支持板4、5はその左右方向に弾性を有し、下側構成体7は、その基板3に屋根R上への鋲着固定用孔8を設け、下側構成体7の支持板5前方に設けた支軸9を、上側構成体6の支持板4前方に設けた上下に長い長穴10に摺動自在に挿通し、該長穴10下端10bに支軸9を位置させた時にのみ上側構成体6を水平状態と直立状態に俯仰自在と成す様に設定し、上側構成体6は水平状態で基板2を基板3に対し長穴10に沿って上下方向に平行移動可能と成し、支持板4、5の摺接する内外側面4a、5bの夫々には、長穴10の上端10aに支軸9を位置させた基板2の下限位置で相互に掛止する鉤状突条14、15を設ける。【選択図】図6
