SEISMIC REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE AND SEISMIC REINFORCEMENT METHOD OF EXISTING BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic reinforcement structure and a seismic reinforcement method of an existing building in which a bearable shearing force can be increased in a short construction period comparable to a conventional one and the good earthquake performance of the building can be secured.SOLUTION: A seismic reinforcement structure of an existing building is provided in which a spandrel wall 3 being a non-bearing wall joined to a downward existing beam and provided in a pair of capital is provided in the inside of a frame T of a building where a pair of left and right existing columns 1, 1 and a pair of upper and lower existing beams 2, 2 are joined and constituted, and a rectangular opening X is formed while being partitioned by the spandrel wall, and a pair of left and right existing columns constituting the frame of the building and an upward existing beam. The seismic reinforcement structure includes: a new beam 7 facing the opening, joined to the spandrel wall and the frame of the building, and expanded in the opening; and a new load bearing wall 9 joined to the new beam and the frame of the building, and expanded in the opening. The opening is blocked by these new load bearing wall and new beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来と遜色のない短工期で、負担し得るせん断力を大きくすることが可能で、建物の良好な耐震性能を確保できる既存建物の耐震補強構造及び耐震補強方法を提供する。【解決手段】左右一対の既存柱1,1と上下一対の既存梁2,2が接合されて構成される建物の架構T内部に、下方の既存梁に接合されて一対の柱間に設けられた非耐力壁である腰壁3を有し、腰壁と、建物の架構を構成する左右一対の既存柱及び上方の既存梁とで区画して長方形状の開口部Xが形成された既存建物の耐震補強構造であって、開口部に面して腰壁及び建物の架構に接合されて、開口部内に増設された新設梁7と、新設梁及び建物の架構に接合されて、開口部内に増設された新設耐力壁9とを備え、これら新設耐力壁と新設梁で開口部が封鎖されている。【選択図】図1
