PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjacent building protection structure and an adjacent building protection method, the structure capable of preventing such problems that at least any one of an adjacent building is unequally sunk and is adjacently inclined and collides to cause breakage of the building, or is separately inclined to cause the supporting force of the building to be decreased significantly.SOLUTION: An adjacent building protection structure 10 is constituted by including a first underground structure 12 provided in a first building 100, a second underground structure 14 provided in a second building 110 adjacent to the first building 100, and a cushioning member 16 disposed over the first underground structure 12 and the second underground structure 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】隣接する建物の少なくともいずれか一方が不同沈下し、近接傾斜して衝突し建物が破壊されること、または離間傾斜して建物の支持力が著しく低下することを防止可能な隣接建物保護構造および隣接建物保護方法を提供する。【解決手段】第一の建物１００に設けられた第一地中構造物１２と、第一の建物１００に隣接する第二の建物１１０に設けられた第二地中構造物１４と、第一地中構造物１２および第二地中構造物１４を亘って配置された緩衝部材１６と、を備えることによって、隣接建物保護構造１０を構成する。【選択図】図１
