PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of disconnection in a conductive thin wire of a heating conductor in a heating plate.SOLUTION: A heating plate 10 is a heating plate heating upon application of a voltage and includes a pair of glass 11, 12, a pair of bus bars 25 to which a voltage is applied, and a heating conductor 30 connecting between the pair of bus bars 25. The heating conductor 30 includes a plurality of conductive thin wires 31 linearly extending between the pair of bus bars 25 to connect therebetween.
