DIELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION AND CERAMIC ELECTRONIC COMPONENT COMPRISING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition that has a high insulation resistance and has a capacity temperature characteristic satisfying the X9R characteristic of the EIA standard.SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition is provided that contains as a main component, barium calcium titanate represented by a composition formula BaCaTiO(x is 0.05 or more and 0.1 or less) and as an accessory component, an oxide of Y and an oxide of Yb. In the dielectric ceramic composition, the content of the Y oxide is 0.5 to 2 mol in terms of YOwith respect to 100 mol of barium calcium titanate, the content of the oxide of Yb is 0.5 to 2 mol in terms of YbOwith respect to 100 mol of barium calcium titanate, and the average particle size is 0.3 μm or more. Further, a dielectric magnetic composition is provided that is identical to the above dielectric magnetic composition except that dielectric magnetic composition is preferably a core-shell structure.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】絶縁抵抗が高く、かつ容量温度特性がEIA規格のX9R特性を満たす誘電体磁器組成物の提供。【解決手段】主成分として組成式Ba(1−x)CaxTiO3(xは0.05以上0.1以下である)で表されるチタン酸バリウムカルシウムを含み、副成分としてYの酸化物、およびYbの酸化物を含む誘電体磁器組成物であって、前記Yの酸化物の含有量は、チタン酸バリウムカルシウム100molに対して、Y2O3換算で0.5〜2molであり、前記Ybの酸化物の含有量は、チタン酸バリウムカルシウム100molに対して、Yb2O3換算で0.5〜2molであり、平均粒径が0.3μm以上である、誘電体磁器組成物。更にコア−シェル構造であることが好ましい誘電体磁気組成物。【選択図】なし
