PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solidification material excellent in initial strength development property and handling ability.SOLUTION: There is provided a solidification material consisting of a hydraulic powder body and containing moisture content with a decrease amount of mass when heating under atmosphere at a temperature of 90°C and no wind state for 5 minutes of 0.28 to 0.76 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the hydraulic powder body. There is provide a manufacturing method of the solidification material including adding moisture content to contain the moisture content with a decrease amount of mass when heating under atmosphere at a temperature of 90°C and no wind state for 5 minutes of 0.28 to 0.76 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the hydraulic powder body. There is provided an evaluation method of the solidification material by measuring a decrease amount of mass when heating under atmosphere at a temperature of 88 to 92°C and no wind state for 5 minutes and evaluating strength development property of the solidification material based on measurement results thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】初期強度発現性およびハンドリング性に優れた固化材を提供する。【解決手段】水硬性粉体からなる固化材であって、温度が90℃であり、かつ、無風状態の雰囲気下で5分間加熱した場合における質量の減少量が、水硬性粉体100質量部に対して、0.28〜0.76質量部である量の水分を含む固化材。水分の含有量を調整する前の水硬性粉体に対して、温度が90℃であり、かつ、無風状態の雰囲気下で5分間加熱した場合における質量の減少量が、水硬性粉体100質量部に対して、0.28〜0.76質量部である量の水分を含むように、水分を付与する固化材の製造方法。水硬性粉体からなる固化材に対して、温度が88〜92℃の雰囲気下で5分間以上加熱した場合における質量の減少量を測定し、その測定結果に基いて、固化材の強度発現性を評価する固化材の評価方法。【選択図】なし
