PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation sheet capable of improving sound insulation performance by exceeding a mass law.SOLUTION: In a sheet 11 fixable to an adherend 2, in a sound insulation sheet 1, when fixing the sheet 11 and the adherend 2, two or more independent space parts 3 can be formed between the sheet 11 and the adherend 2, and an acoustic intensity level (LI) in 4000 Hz when fixing the sheet 11 and the adherend 2 so that the space part 3 is formed between the sheet 11 and the adherend 2 and an acoustic intensity level (LI) in 4000 Hz when fixing the sheet 11 and the adherend 2 so that the space part is not formed, satisfy a condition indicated by the following mathematical expression (F1).
