PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability of the attachment/detachment of a gutter body in a telescopic device.SOLUTION: A telescopic device comprises: a pair of web plates 6 and 7; a pair of finger plates 8 and 9 disposed on the web plates 6 and 7; a gutter body 10 arranged at a lower part of the finger plates 8 and 9; brackets 11 and 12 for fixing both-side parts of the gutter body 10 to the web plates 6 and 7; and a seal material 13 and backup materials 14 and 15 which are arranged in up-and-down directions between the finger plates 8 and 9 and the brackets 11 and 12. The brackets 11 and 12 are composed of plate materials having an L-shaped cross section, and include first plate parts 11a and 12a and second plate parts 11b and 12b which intersect with each other at their one-end sides. Outside faces of the first plate parts 11a and 12a are arranged while being orientated toward the web plates 6 and 7, and outside faces of the second plate parts 11b and 12b are arranged while being oriented toward the backup material 15. The first plate parts 11a and 12a are detachably fixed to the web plates 6 and 7 with bolt shafts 16 and 17 and nuts 18 and 19, and a side part of the gutter body 10 is detachably fixed to inside faces of the second plate parts 11b and 12b with bolts 20 and 21 and nuts 22 and 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
