CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF EARTH RETAINER WALL AND EARTH RETAINER WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of an earth retainer wall for a new skeleton and the earth retainer wall by constructing an earth retainer wall main body directly below the underground outer wall of an existing building.SOLUTION: There is provided a construction method of an earth retainer wall, which comprises the following steps. A plurality of longitudinal through holes 16 are formed on an outer wall B1 of an existing building or a skeleton part B2 near the outer wall in a lateral width direction of the outer wall surface. An improvement body successive to the lower side of an outer wall part 12 is constructed by high-pressure jet stirring via the through holes onto soil just below the outer wall part formed by the outer wall B1 and the skeleton part B2 near the outer wall. Through the through holes 16, a lower half part of a core material is embedded into the improvement body and an upper half part of the core material 24 is engaged onto the outer wall part 12. In addition, an earth retainer wall 10 is constructed with an earth retainer wall main body 20 and the outer wall part 12 connected via the core material 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既存の建物の地下外壁の真下に山留め壁本体を構築することにより新築躯体用の山留め壁を構築する方法及び山留め壁を提案する。【解決手段】山留め壁の構築方法である。次の工程を含む。既存建物の外壁B1又は外壁近傍の躯体部分B2に、外壁面の横幅方向に向かって、複数の縦方向の貫通孔16を穿設する。それら外壁B1及び外壁近傍の躯体部分B2で形成される外壁部12の直下の土壌に対して、上記貫通孔を介して高圧噴射攪拌を行って、外壁部の下方へ連なる改良体を構築する。上記貫通孔16を通して、上記改良体内へ芯材の下半部を埋設するとともに、芯材24の上半部を、上記外壁部12に係止させる。そして芯材24を介して連結された山留め壁本体20と外壁部12とで山留め壁10を構築する。【選択図】図1
