CURTAIN WALL RETAINER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance pressure resistance strength of crosswind on a curtain wall retainer.SOLUTION: A curtain wall retainer comprises a ground plate 10, an intermediate member 20, an objective connection member 30, and a dropout prevention member 40. The intermediate member 20 comprises a mating lower recessed groove 21, two round head type side ribs 23, two rear end right-angled side ribs 24, and a rear rib 25. The objective connection member 30 is formed to approximately U-shaped one in a plan view, and comprises a front plate 32, two pieces of side plates 31, 33 that are respectively located in both sides of the front plate 32 and opposed to each other, and two round type recessed grooves 35 that are respectively located inside of the side plates 31, 33. The side plates 31, 33 cover surfaces of both sides on the intermediate member 20, respectively. In the front plate 32, the surface of the curtain wall side is bonded to the curtain wall by bonding means 51, and the front plate 32 comprises two round type recessed grooves 35 that are fitted corresponding to two round head type side ribs 23, respectively, at inner surfaces of two side plates 31, 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】カーテンウォール用固定装置について、横風の耐圧強度を高めること。【解決手段】接地板10と、中間部材20と、対物接続部材30と、脱落防止部材40とを有するカーテンウォール用固定装置である。中間部材20は、嵌合下凹溝21と、2つの丸頭型サイドリブ23と、2つの後端直角状サイドリブ24と、リアリブ25とを有する。対物接続部材30は、平面視でほぼコの字型に形成されており、前板32と、それぞれ前板32の両側に位置し、且つ相互に対向する2枚の側板31,33と、それぞれ側板31,33の内側に位置する2つの丸型凹溝35とを有する。側板31,33は、それぞれ中間部材20の両側の面を覆い、前板32はカーテンウォール側の面が接合手段51によってカーテンウォールと接合しており、2枚の側板31,33の内面に、それぞれ2つの丸頭型サイドリブ23と対応して嵌合する2つの丸型凹溝35を有する。【選択図】図1
