CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SOIL CEMENT HARDENER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct pertinent soil cement hardener by inserting a core material into cement milk at a desired depth while reducing generation volume of sludge.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for constructing soil cement hardener 7 in the ground, where a digging injection tool 2 capable of digging of the ground and injection and stirring of cement milk 5 is used, soil cement is prepared by mixing the cement milk 5 having a set volume where water content is suppressed by supplementation of superplasticizer, with dug sediment, and then a core material 6 is inserted into it so that the soil cement is hardened. In the set volume of the cement milk 5, injection volume upon digging and insertion of the digging injection tool 2 into the ground and cement milk injection portion as portion relative to the injection volume upon pulling out of the digging injection tool 2 from the ground is adjusted so that the status of the soil cement is adjusted upon insertion of the core material 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】汚泥の発生量の低減を図りながら、セメントミルクに対して芯材を所望の深さまで挿入させて、適切なソイルセメント硬化体を構築する。【解決手段】地盤の掘削とセメントミルク5の注入と攪拌とが可能な掘削注入具2を用い、流動化剤を添加して含水量を抑えた設定量のセメントミルク5と掘削土砂とを地盤中で混合してソイルセメントを調合した後、芯材6を挿入してソイルセメントを硬化させることにより、地盤中にソイルセメント硬化体7を構築する方法において、セメントミルク5の設定量のうち、掘削注入具2を地盤中に掘削貫入させる時の注入量と、掘削注入具2を地盤中から引き抜く時の注入量との配分であるセメントミルク注入配分を調整することで、芯材6を挿入する時のソイルセメントの性状を調整する。【選択図】図1
