PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation efficiency of a bleeding device.SOLUTION: A bleeding device 20 includes: a cooler 21 to which a bled gas G4 from a clinker burning device 10 and a cooling gas G5 for cooling the bled gas G4 are introduced; and a circulation passage which is formed so as to return part of particles entrained by a mixed gas G6, which is discharged from the cooler 21 and formed by mixing the bled gas G4 with the cooling gas G5, to the cooler 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
