BEAM BAR UNIT AND OPENING PART REINFORCING METHOD OF REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam bar unit of single bar arrangement structure equipped with an opening part reinforcing structure of a reinforced concrete beam, capable of realizing sufficient opening reinforcement in a simple structure.SOLUTION: A beam bar unit 3 which is manufactured in a factory so as to be used for a reinforced concrete beam equipped with an opening part penetrating along beam width direction includes a beam bar unit body 3A of a single bar arrangement structure, and a plurality of opening reinforcing bars 11, 12 welded to the beam bar unit body 3A, for reinforcing a periphery of an opening part 4. The opening reinforcing bars 11, 12 are arranged parallel to a stirrup 7 so as to be positioned left and right of the opening part, and spot-welded to each of upper and lower beam main bars 5, 6 at a welding strength of a standard yield point strength or higher of a steel bar parent material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡単な構造で十分な開口補強を実現可能な鉄筋コンクリート梁の開口部補強構造を備えたシングル配筋構造の梁筋ユニットを提供すること。【解決手段】梁幅方向に貫通する開口部を備えた鉄筋コンクリート梁に用いるために工場生産される梁筋ユニット3は、シングル配筋構造の梁筋ユニット本体3Aと、開口部4の周囲を補強するために、梁筋ユニット本体3Aに溶接された複数本の開口補強筋11、12とを有している。開口補強筋11、12は、開口部の左右に位置するようにあばら筋7に平行に配置され、上下の梁主筋5、6のそれぞれに対して、鉄筋母材の規格降伏点強度以上の溶接強度でスポット溶接されている。【選択図】図1
