ANTI RUST METHOD FOR STEEL TOWER MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti rust method for a steel tower member in which treatment for preventing rust can be performed onto a steel tower member whose opening at both ends are sealed.SOLUTION: The present invention is an anti rust method for a steel tower member, in which a steel tower member comprising a cylindrical prop pipe having an opening at both ends and a pair of seal parts sealing each of opening of the prop pipe is prevented from rust. On an end part of one of either of seal part or prop pipe, a communication port communicating inside and outside of the steel tower member is formed. A seal plug for sealing the communication port and detachably attached to the communication port is provided. The method comprises: a drying step for drying inside of the prop pipe by injecting gas into inner section of the prop pipe from the communication port from which the seal plug is removed; an insertion step for inserting an anti rust tool comprising at least one storing part for storing an anti rust agent suppressing generation of rust in the prop pipe into inner section of the prop pipe from the communication port; and a seal step for sealing the communication port of the prop pipe with the seal plug after execution of respective of the drying step and the insertion step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】 両端の開口が閉塞されている鉄塔部材に対して、腐食を防止するための処置を施せる鉄塔部材の防腐工法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 本発明は、両端が開口する筒状の支柱管と、支柱管の各開口を閉塞する一対の閉塞部とを備えた鉄塔部材の腐食を防止する鉄塔部材の防腐工法であって、一方の閉塞部又は支柱管の一方の端部には、鉄塔部材の内外を連通する連通口が形成され、連通口を閉塞し且つ連通口に着脱可能な密栓が設けられ、密栓が取り外された連通口から支柱管の内部に気体を注入して支柱管内を乾燥させる乾燥工程と、支柱管内における錆の発生を抑える防食剤を収容する少なくとも一つの収容部を備える腐食防止具を連通口から支柱管の内部に挿入する挿入工程と、乾燥工程及び挿入工程のそれぞれを行った後に、支柱管の連通口を密栓で密閉する密閉工程とを備える。【選択図】図11
