STEEL MEMBER WITH ANTI-RUST COATING FILM AND METHOD FOR ATTACHING STEEL MEMBER TO STEEL STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel member with an anti-rust coating film, which is prevented from falling due to splitting of an anti-rust coating film and by which bolt work and bolt hole drilling work are reduced or eliminated, and a method for attaching the steel member to a steel structure.SOLUTION: A steel member with an anti-rust coating film of the present invention is produced by performing surface roughening by blasting an attachment surface of the steel member, exposing a base surface to be a blast surface, applying an anti-rust coating agent on the blast surface before rusting, curing the anti-rust coating agent to form an anti-rust coating film, and peeling the anti-rust coating film to expose the blast surface. A liquid rubber-based peeling coating agent can be used for example, as the anti-rust coating agent. A method for attaching the steel member to a steel structure of the present invention includes performing ground surface adjustment on the steel structure at a steel member attaching position, peeling the anti-rust coating film of the steel member with an anti-rust coating film to expose the blast surface, and bonding and fixing the blast surface with an adhesive to the steel member attaching position having the ground surface adjustment performed on before the blast surface rusts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 防錆塗装膜が裂けることによる鋼部材の脱落がなく、ボルト作業やボルト孔穿孔作業を軽減或いは削除できる防錆被膜付き鋼部材と鋼構造物への鋼部材の取付け方法を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の防錆被膜付き鋼部材は、鋼部材の取付け面をブラスト加工して粗面化し、地肌を露出させてブラスト面にし、そのブラスト面に錆が発生する前に防錆被膜剤を塗布し、硬化させて防錆被膜を設け、防錆被膜を剥離することでブラスト面が露出するようにしたものである。防錆被膜剤には例えば液状ゴム系剥離被膜剤を使用する事が出来る。本発明の鋼構造物への鋼部材の取付け方法は、鋼構造物の鋼部材取付け箇所を素地調整し、防錆被膜付き鋼部材の防錆被膜を剥離してブラスト面を露出させ、ブラスト面に錆が発生しないうちに、当該ブラスト面を接着剤で前記素地調整済みの鋼部材取付け箇所に接着固定する方法である。【選択図】図4
