HIGH-PRESSURE JETTING NOZZLE DEVICE AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT DEVICE ATTACHED WITH THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure jetting nozzle device and a ground improvement device attached with the same, capable of jetting a hardener liquid from a high-pressure jetting nozzle to a distant place.SOLUTION: A cement milk is minutely segmented by a flow path division part 31x of a rear end inner-diameter part 28x of a nozzle body part 24x, so that a turbulent flow state of the cement milk is disrupted. A flow speed distribution of the cement milk is uniformized in respective divided spaces, to be a minute laminar flow. Thus, a cutting capability of the cement milk that is jetted from a tip end of the nozzle body part 24x is increased, so that the cement milk is jetted to a more distant place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】高圧噴射ノズルから硬化材液を遠距離まで噴射することができる高圧噴射ノズル装置およびそれが装着された地盤改良装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、セメントミルクがノズル本体部24xの後端内径部28xの流路分割部31xにより細かく分断されることにより、セメントミルクの乱流状態が崩され、セメントミルクは分割されたそれぞれの空間で流速分布が均一化されながらより細かく層流化される。これにより、ノズル本体部24x先端から噴射されるセメントミルクの切削能力がより増大し、セメントミルクをより遠距離まで噴射させることができる。【選択図】図12
