REPAIR METHOD OF EXISTING ROOF LAID ON STEEL FRAMEWORK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method of an existing roof laid on a steel framework in which the falling of a member in the roof removal is prevented and the restriction of using an indoor side is minimized, and the collection of the removed member is easily performed, and further the design properties of the back side (indoor side) is increased regardless of the type of a new roof.SOLUTION: A repair method of an existing roof of the present invention is formed by laying a roof material 5 in a steel framework formed with multiple shape steel 4 by mounting a fixture 7 in a vertical direction from the surface of the roof material 5. The repair method comprises a first step of disposing a fall prevention plate 1 for preventing the falling of a falling object to an indoor side between adjacent shape steel 4, 4, a second step of separating the roof material 5 and the fixture 7 in the existing roof, and a third step of laying a new roof 8 by removing the separated roof material 5 in the second step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】屋根撤去時の部材落下を防ぎ、屋内側の使用制限を最小限にすると共に、撤去した部材の回収を容易に行い、さらに新設屋根の種類にかかわらずに裏面側(室内側)の意匠性を高める鉄骨躯体に敷設された既存屋根の改修方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、屋根材5表面から鉛直方向に固定具7を取り付けて複数の型鋼4にて形成される鉄骨躯体に屋根材5を敷設してなる既存屋根の改修方法であって、隣り合う型鋼4,4間に落下物の室内側への落下を防止する落下防止板1を配設する第1の工程と、既存屋根における前記屋根材5と前記固定具7とを分離する第2の工程と、前記第2の工程にて分離した屋根材5を撤去して新設屋根8を敷設する第3の工程と、からなることを特徴とする。【選択図】図3
