REPAIR METHOD OF EXISTING ROOF, AN VENTILATION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method of an existing roof and a ventilation device that enables a ventilation port to be formed simultaneously when an existing roof is repaired, with a small number of work steps, at the same time being simple in structure and offering high ventilation performance.SOLUTION: A repair method is for repairing an existing roof at the same time installing a new ventilation device, and includes: an opening formation step for forming a ventilation opening 32 at a ridge part of the existing roof; a roof fitting step for overlapping and fitting a cover roof 10 on an existing roof material; and a facility step for installing a ventilation device on a ridge part of the cover roof 10, the ventilation device having a ventilation part 20 of a porous structure formed by overlapping a corrugated plate in a plurality of tiers. The ventilation device comprises the ventilation part 20 disposed beside an opening 5 formed on the ridge of the cover roof 10, and a baffle plate 30 disposed further outside of an outer edge of the ventilation part 20. The ventilation part 20 is a porous structure formed by overlapping the corrugated plate in a plurality of tiers. The repair method enables the existing roof to be repaired in a short period of time at a low cost, at the same time fitting the new ventilation device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既設屋根の補修時に併せて換気口を形成するのに工数が少なくてよく、かつ構造が簡単であり換気性能の高い既設屋根の補修方法および換気装置を提供する。【解決手段】既設の屋根を改修すると共に、新たな換気装置を設置する補修方法であって、既設の屋根の棟部に、換気用の開口32を形成する開口形成工程と、既設の屋根材の上にカバールーフ10を重ねて取付けるルーフ取付け工程と、カバールーフ10の棟部に波板を複数段重ねて多孔構造に構成した通気部20を備えた換気装置を設置する設備工程とからなる。カバールーフ10の棟に形成された開口部5の側方に配置された通気部20と、通気部20の外端から更に外側に配置された邪魔板30とからなり、通気部20は、波板を複数段重ねて多孔構造に構成したものである。短時間かつ安価に既設屋根を補修し、かつ新たな換気装置を取付けることができる。【選択図】図1
