JOINING STRUCTURE OF STRUCTURAL MATERIAL AND FACE PLATE OF BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of structural materials and face plates which can be easily dismantled at the renovation of a building and a disaster.SOLUTION: In a joining structure using joining members 5 for joining structural materials 3 of a building and face plates 4 arranged between the structural materials 3, insertion grooves 3a inserted with the joining members 5 are formed at the structural materials 3, penetration holes 3b to 5d of bolts 11 are formed at insertion pieces 5c and the structural materials 3 inserted into the insertion grooves 3a of the joining members 5, and the structural materials 3 and the joining members 5 are connected to each other with the bolts 11 which penetrate the penetration holes 3b to 5d. Then, the face plates 4 and the joining members 5 are connected to each other with bolts 5e. Concretely, the structural materials are columns or shaft members 3 such as beams, the insertion grooves 3a are formed at the shaft materials 3 substantially at a center in a thickness direction, and the penetration holes 3b are formed orthogonal to the insertion grooves 3a. The joining members 5 are formed of cylinder member 5a whose one-face sides progress along the shaft materials 3, and other-face sides progress along the face plates 4, and plate members 5b which are integrated with the cylinder members 5a, and have the insertion pieces 5c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】建物のリフォーム時や災害時に簡単に分解可能な構造材と面材の接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物の構造材3と、その構造材3の間に配置される面材4とを接合する接合部材5を用いる接合構造であって、構造材3は接合部材5を挿通した挿通溝3aが設けられており、接合部材5の挿通溝3aに挿通した挿通片5cと構造材3とにボルト11の貫通孔3b・5dが設けられており、構造材3と接合部材4を貫通孔3b・5dに通されたボルト11によって結合されている。そして、面材4と接合部材5をボルト5eで結合する。具体的には、構造材は柱または梁等の軸材3で、その軸材3には、厚さ方向の略中央部に挿通溝3aが形成されて、その挿通溝3aと直交して貫通孔3bが形成されている。また、接合部材5は、軸材3に一面側が沿って面材4に他面側が沿う筒部材5aと、その筒部材5aに一体化して挿通片5cを有する板部材5bとからなる。【選択図】図4
