PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corotation of a vinyl chloride intermediate catch-basin (20) and a lower catch-basin (30) when adjusting a height by rotating a stroke adjusting iron lid unit (10) in installation work of an underground burying valve chest, and to insert a valve opening-closing tool (300) into a preinstalled extension joint bar (200) even in a further dark vinyl chloride intermediate catch-basin (20).SOLUTION: Working efficiency is improved by preventing corotation caused by rotation fine-adjustment operation by respectively, surely and integrally fixing-connecting a stroke adjusting iron lid unit (10) and a vinyl chloride intermediate catch-basin (20), and the vinyl chloride intermediate catch-basin (20) and a lower catch-basin (30) in a single operation by plunger pins (14B) and (32A). A penetratingly-guided extension joint bar and a valve opening-closing tool (300) are surely engageably constituted by installing a swing-stop prevention plate (40) in an axial position of a vinyl chloride pipe intermediate catch-basin (20) of an underground burying valve chest.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地中埋設用弁室の設置工事でストローク調整用鉄蓋ユニット(10)を回転させて高さ調整をする際に、塩ビ中間桝(20)や下桝(30)が供回りしないようにする。また更に暗い塩ビ中間桝(20)内でもバルブ開閉工具(300)を予め設置した延長用のジョイント棒(200)に差込むことが出来るようにする。【解決手段】ストローク調整用鉄蓋ユニット(10)と塩ビ中間桝(20)、塩ビ中間桝(20)と下桝(30)を、夫々プランジャーピン(14B)、(32A)によりワンタッチで確実に一体的に固定接続することで回転微調整動作に伴う供回りを防止し作業効率を向上させる。また地中埋設用弁室の塩ビ管中間桝(20)の軸心位置には、振れ止め防止板(40)を装着させ、貫入誘導した延長用ジョイント棒とバルブ開閉用工具(300)とが確実に係合出来るように構成する。【選択図】図1
