FIXING BOLT TESTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing bolt tester that can reliably measure in fixing force testing of fixing bolts not only the fixing force of load cells but also the extent of pulling up the fixing bolts by screwing a coupler in.SOLUTION: A fixing bolt tester is equipped with a coupler having a nut-shaped head to be screwed and fixed onto a fixing bolt, a rotative graduation part having rotative phase graduations to be fixed in any desired fitting phase around the coupler, a load cell arranged underneath the coupler and consisting of a loosely passing body for letting the fixing bolt and the coupler loosely pass to convert with upper and lower loosely passing bodies upper and lower pressure-joining forces into electric signals, a detector for detecting on the basis of the electric signals outputted from the load cell that the pressure-joining forces have reached their preset levels, and a body frame having a measuring needle indicator arranged on the rotative graduation part to accommodate and fix the load cell.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】定着ボルトの定着力試験の際に、ロードセルによる定着力測定だけでなく、カプラのねじ込みによる定着ボルトの引き上げ量を確実に測定できる定着ボルト試験機を提供すること。【解決手段】定着ボルトに螺合固定されるナット型頭部を有するカプラと、カプラの周囲に任意の取付け位相で固定される回転位相目盛を有する回転目盛と、カプラの下部に配置されて定着ボルト及びカプラを遊挿する遊挿体からなり、遊挿体の上下の圧着センサによって上下の圧着力を電気信号に変換するロードセルと、ロードセルから出力される電気信号に基づき、圧着力が予設定値に至ったことを検知する検知器と、回転目盛上に指針配置される測定針を有して前記ロードセルを収容固定する本体台枠と、を備える。【選択図】図１
