PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding shaft storage device of a shielding device for easily executing work for removing or installing a winding shaft.SOLUTION: A winding shaft storage device 200 comprises a pair of side surface brackets 210 and 220 for rotatably storing a winding shaft 110 for winding a screen 120 of a shielding device and supporting both ends of the winding shaft 110 and a cover body 230 for connecting the pair of mutual side surface brackets 210 and 220, and the pair of side surface brackets 210 and 220 comprises base parts 211 and 221 and bearing parts 212 and 222 for journaling an end part of the winding shaft 110, and the bearing part 212 for supporting one end side of the winding shaft 110 is a movable bearing part 212, and the movable bearing part 212 comprises a nonseparable state (a first state) for making the winding shaft 110 nonseparable and a separable state (a second state) for making the winding shaft 110 separable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
