CEILING JOIST INSTALLATION METAL FITTING, AND SEISMIC REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE FOR CEILING JOIST
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic reinforcement structure for a ceiling joist capable of seismically reinforcing a ceiling joist holder 3 by enhancing rigidity strength against torsion and deformation by bending of an installation metal fitting 6a on an opening side of the ceiling joist holder even when the installation metal fitting 6a is less in assembly seismic strength compared to an installation metal fitting 6b on a side surface side of the ceiling joist holder, and by having a reinforcing piece 64 for ceiling joist holder firmly hold and support compressive vibration load in an inward direction at top and bottom ends of the reinforcing piece and preventing deformation by bending of the ceiling joist holder for certain, even when the ceiling joist holder 3 is exposed to a vibration load that compresses an opening side thereof in a vertical direction.SOLUTION: A reinforcing piece 64 for a ceiling joist that is bent for insertion into an opening of a ceiling joist holder 3 is formed on both ends of a ceiling joist holder fitting part 61 of an installation metal fitting 6a on an opening side of the ceiling joist holder disposed on the opening side of the ceiling joist holder 3 for holding and regulating a compressive vibration load in an inward direction on top and bottom surfaces on the opening side of the ceiling joist holder 3 at top and bottom ends of the reinforcing piece, thereby seismically reinforcing the ceiling joist holder 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】野縁受け側面側取付金具6bに比し組付け耐震強度の性能が劣る野縁受け開口側取付金具6aであっても、取付金具6a自体のねじれや湾曲変形に対する剛性強度を高め、野縁受け3の開口側が上下方向へ圧縮されるような振動負荷を受けても、野縁受け補強片64が内方への圧縮振動負荷を、その上下端で確りと受け止め支持すし、その湾曲変形を確実に防止して野縁受け3を耐震補強することができる。【解決手段】野縁受け3の開口側に配設される野縁受け開口側取付金具6aの野縁受け取付け部61両側端に、野縁受け3の開口内に挿入するよう折曲された野縁受け補強片64を形成し、野縁受け3の開口側上下面に対する内方への圧縮振動負荷をその上下端で受け止め規制することで、野縁受け3を耐震補強する。【選択図】 図6
