HINGE DEVICE WITHSTANDING HIGH LOAD, AND FRAME STRUCTURE PROVIDED THEREWITH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device withstanding a high load and a frame structure provided therewith capable of responding to practical requirements, such as securing of sufficient strength for application to a metallic fixture door that needs to withstand a high load, preventing exposure of a hinge member when the door is closed, and simplifying a configuration for facilitating installation work as an extraneous effect.SOLUTION: A hinge device comprises a frame-side hinge plate 2, a stationary shaft rod pin 3, and a door-side hinge plate 4. A plate arm bent in a dog-legged shape and having a gap in the door-side hinge plate 4 is provided at a turning part so as to rotate the stationary shaft rod 3 as a base shaft without contacting the frame, for opening/closing the door.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】耐荷重を大きく要求される金属建具扉に適用できるように充分な強度を確保すること、ヒンジ部材を閉扉時に露見しないようにすること構成をシンプルなものとし副次的に施工作業を容易にできること等の現実的な要求に応えることを実現した高荷重用ヒンジ装置並びにこれを具えた枠構造の開発を課題とする。【解決手段】枠側ヒンジプレート2と定位軸棒ピン3と扉側ヒンジプレート4とを具えて成り、枠に接触することがなく定位軸棒3を基軸として回動するためその回動部に扉側ヒンジプレート4にフトコロを有する逆くの字形に折曲げたプレートアームを保有させ扉の開閉を現出させる。【選択図】図3
