HINGE DEVICE WITHSTANDING HIGH LOAD, AND FIRE DOOR STRUCTURE PROVIDED WITH THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a hinge device withstanding a high load and a fire door structure provided with the same, for meeting practical requirements such as: securing sufficient strength so that the hinge device may be applied to a fire door required to withstand a high load; preventing a hinge member from being exposed when the door is closed; and keeping a configuration thereof simple, thereby offering a secondary effect of facilitating installation work.SOLUTION: A hinge device withstanding a high load includes a frame-side hinge plate 2, a relay hinge plate 3, and a door-side hinge plate 4. The relay hinge plate 3 and the door-side hinge plate 4 are pivotally rotated so as to realize a shifted-and-protruded state of the relay hinge plate 3 outside of the frame on a shifted hinge pin 6 side, and a half-rotation-allowed state for the door-side hinge plate 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐荷重を大きく要求される防火扉に適用できるように充分な強度を確保すること、ヒンジ部材を閉扉時に露見しないようにすること、構成をシンプルなものとし、副次的に施工作業を容易にできること等の現実的な要求に応えることを実現した高荷重用ヒンジ装置並びにこれを具えた防火扉構造の開発を課題とする。【解決手段】 枠側ヒンジプレート2と、中継ヒンジプレート3と、扉側ヒンジプレート4とを具えて成り、前記中継ヒンジプレート3と扉側ヒンジプレート4とのピボット回転により、中継ヒンジプレート3における転位ヒンジピン6側の枠外への転位張り出し状態と、扉側ヒンジプレート4の半回転可動状態とを現出させる。【選択図】図1
