PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishway and a forming method thereof that allow the fishway to be constructed readily at a low cost and facilitate running up of fishes.SOLUTION: A fishway 3 of the present invention includes: a first surface 1 formed in a water channel; a second surface 2 positioned closer to a water surface side of the water channel than the first surface 1 at a position opposite to the first surface 1 in a normal direction, to entirely or partially cover above the first surface 1, and formed in the water channel with an inclination to an in-plane direction of the first surface 1 in such a way as to come close to the first surface 1 from one edge side toward the other edge side; an extension part that is at the other edge side of the second surface 2 or extending from the other edge side toward the first surface 1; and a narrow part regulating movement of fishes between the first surface 1 and the other edge side of the second surface 2. The fishway extends as a space partitioned by the first surface 1, the second surface 2 and the narrow part on an opposite surface side of the first surface 1 and the second surface 2, along the other edge side of the second surface 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易かつ低コストで構築することができ、魚の遡上を容易にすることが可能な魚道及び魚道形成方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の魚道３は、水路中に形成される第１の面１と、第１の面１の法線方向の対向位置で第１の面１よりも水路の水面側に位置し第１の面１上の全体又は一部を覆うとともに、第１の面１の面内方向と傾斜し一端側から他端側に向けて第１の面１に接近するように前記水路中に形成される第２の面２と、第２の面の前記他端側自身又は前記他端側から前記第１の面に向けて延在する延在部で構成され、第１の面１と第２の面の前記他端側との間で魚の移動を規制する狭小部と、を有し、第１の面１、第２の面２及び前記狭小部とで第１の面１と第２の面２との対向面側に画成される空間として第２の面２の前記他端側に沿って延設されることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
