PROCESSOR AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING CEMENT KILN EXHAUST GAS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat mercury in an exhaust gas of a cement kiln with a good efficiency.SOLUTION: A processor 1 for a cement kiln exhaust gas comprising: a dust collection unit 2 which collects dusts contained in an exhaust gas G1 of a cement kiln; plural storage units 5 (5A to 5D) which sort collected dusts D0 by mercury concentration and store the same; and a transportation passage 10 which is connected to each of the plural storage units, and transports dusts D1 to D4 exhausted from the storage unit to a raw material feeding device for cement kiln and/or outside a system of a firing device including cement kiln. The processor can include a changeover device which changes a transportation destination of dusts exhausted from each of the plural storage units to a passage to the raw material feeding device for cement kiln and/or a transportation passage outside the system of the firing device including cement kiln. The transportation passage outside the system of the firing device including cement kiln may be connected to a mercury recovery device 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
