TREATMENT METHOD OF CEMENT KILN EXHAUST GAS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove organic pollutants in a cement kiln exhaust gas at a low cost.SOLUTION: Organic pollutants contained in a cement kiln exhaust gas G1 are removed by adsorbing with waste activated carbon added from a waste activated carbon addition device 9. The waste activated carbon is used as a rate of 0.5 kg or more and 10 kg or less per 1 ton of clinker production amount of the cement kiln 2 exhausting the cement kiln exhaust gas. The waste activated carbon is charged into a dryer 8 drying a raw material (limestone L, clay C and the like) supplied to the cement kiln exhausting the cement kiln exhaust gas, is passed through a pulverization device 10 located at the subsequent stage of the dryer and then can be charged to a preheater 4 attached to the cement kiln with the cement raw material R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セメントキルン排ガス中の有機汚染物質を低コストで効果的に除去する。【解決手段】セメントキルン排ガスG1に含まれる有機汚染物質を、廃活性炭添加装置9から添加した廃活性炭で吸着して除去する。廃活性炭を、セメントキルン排ガスを排出するセメントキルン2のクリンカ生産量1トン当たり0.5kg以上10kg以下の割合で使用することができる。廃活性炭を、セメントキルン排ガスを排出するセメントキルンに供給する原料(石灰石L、粘土C等)を乾燥させる乾燥装置8に投入し、乾燥装置の後段に配置された粉砕装置10を経た後、セメントキルンに付設されたプレヒータ4にセメント原料Rと共に投入することができる。【選択図】図1
