MANUFACTURING METHOD OF STONE-FINISHED BLOCK, AND STONE MATERIAL FOR STONE-FINISHED BLOCK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a stone-finished block that prevents turn-up and fall-off of a stone material after completion even when a stone material with an insufficient stay length is used, and a stone material used for the stone-finished block, thereby solving problems in conventional technologies.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a stone-finished block of the present invention is for manufacturing a stone-finished block using a stone material, and includes a stone material installation step, a concrete casting step, and a mold removal step. The stone material has a surface part (a part exposed on a front side of the stone-finished block) and a stay part (a part embedded inside the stone-finished block). In the stone material installation step, a plurality of stone materials are placed on a flat surface inside a mold, with the surface part facing down. In the concrete casting step, in-filling concrete is cast inside the mold placed on the flat surface. In the mold removal step, the mold is removed after the concrete has cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】本願発明の課題は、従来技術が抱える問題を解決することであり、すなわち、所定の控え長が不足する石材を用いたとしても、完成後に石材が「めくれ上がり」や「抜け落ち」を生ずることがない石張ブロックを製作する方法、及びこの石張ブロックに用いる石材を提供することである。【解決手段】本願発明の石張ブロック製作方法は、石材を用いた石張ブロックを製作する方法であり、石材設置工程、コンクリート打込み工程、型枠脱型工程を備えた方法である。この石材は、表面部（石張ブロックの表側に現れる部分）と控え部（石張ブロック内に埋設される部分）するものである。石材設置工程では、表面部が下面となる姿勢で複数の石材が型枠内に平面配置され、コンクリート打込み工程では、石材が平面配置された型枠内に胴込めコンクリートが打込まれ、型枠脱型工程では、コンクリート養生後に型枠が脱型される。【選択図】図２
